Adam James

Mr. James is a Managing Director of Ivy Hill Asset Management, where he has been employed since July 2010. Prior to joining Ares in 2010, Mr. James was an Associate at CIT Problem Loan Management, where he focused on a portfolio of media and sports credits in various stages of restructuring. Previously, Mr. James was an Associate in the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group of CIT, where he focused on covering sponsors, underwriting and executing leveraged transactions and managing a portfolio of credits. Mr. James holds a B.A. from Villanova University in Finance and Economics and an M.S. from Villanova University in Finance.
