Arthur Boyle

Mr. Boyle is a Managing Director in the Ares Commercial Finance Operations Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Boyle was a Vice President at PNC Business Credit, where he focused on originating, structuring and executing lower middle and middle market private equity and leveraged finance transactions supporting expansions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, recapitalizations, turnarounds, leveraged buyouts and management buyouts. Previously, he focused on monitoring and growing the firm's existing relationships and handling special situations. Mr. Boyle holds a B.A. from Seton Hill University in Business.
