David Schultz

Mr. Schultz is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity portfolio management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Schultz was an Associate at Black Creek Group in the Portfolio Management Group, where he focused on BTC I, II and BCI IV. Previously, Mr. Schultz was a Chemical Engineer at IBM in the Real Estate Strategy and Operations Group, where he focused on mission critical data center operations and construction. He is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Colorado Developing Leaders. Mr. Schultz holds a B.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering and an M.B.A. from University of Colorado Boulder.
