Managing Director
Mr. Lee is a Managing Director in the Ares Commercial Finance Operations Group. Significant responsibilities include on-going account and credit administration; credit, collateral and financial review and projection; portfolio trend analysis; reporting and covenant compliance as well as problem loan identification. Prior to joining Ares in 2016, Mr. Lee was a Vice President at Full Circle Capital where he focused on underwriting syndicated and directly originated loans to middle market borrowers and managed the ongoing monitoring of portfolio positions. Previously, Mr. Lee worked as a Controller at American Veterinary Supplies where he was responsible for ongoing financial reporting and budgeting. During his tenure he guided the company through a strategic acquisition.
